Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from Notebook Designer. Placing an order means you agree to them.

Made to order

Every notebook and sticky pad is printed for you after you pay. Because of that there are no returns, exchanges or cancellations once printing has started. Damaged, defective or misprinted items are reprinted or refunded as described on the returns page.

Your designs

Everything you design or upload stays yours. You give us permission to store it, to send it to the print shop, and to print it for your order. We do not use your designs for anything else.

What you may print

You must own, or have permission to use, every image, logo and piece of text you upload. Do not order anything that infringes someone else's rights, that is unlawful, or that promotes hate or violence. We may refuse and refund an order that breaks this rule.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is added at checkout for your address, as one line per print shop. Payment is taken in full when you order, through Stripe. If a price on the site is plainly wrong, we will tell you before printing and you may cancel for a full refund.

Proofs and color

We print the files you approve in the studio at the size you choose. Check spelling, layout and image quality before you order. Small differences between screen color and printed color are normal.

Delivery

Production and transit estimates are shown on the shipping page. They are estimates, not guarantees. We ship to the address you enter at checkout.

Our liability

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to reprinting it or refunding what you paid for it, including shipping. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
