Privacy
Notebook Designer keeps only what it takes to print and deliver your order. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your information for anyone else's marketing, and we run no advertising trackers.
What we collect
Your email address, to sign you in and to send you messages about your order. Your name, shipping address and phone number, so the parcel can be delivered. The designs, pages and images you create or upload in the studio, so we can print them and so you can open them again in your account.
Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe on a secure checkout page. Your card number never reaches our servers. We receive only a confirmation that the payment went through, the amount, and the address you entered.
Who else sees it
The print shop that makes your order receives your name, shipping address, phone number and the print files, and nothing else. Stripe receives what it needs to take the payment. Our hosting and database providers store the data on our behalf. No one else receives it.
Cookies
We set only the cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
We email you to sign you in and to tell you about an order you placed: confirmation, shipping and any problem with printing. We do not send newsletters or promotions.
How long we keep it
Orders and their print files are kept so we can reprint or refund a damaged item and meet our tax and accounting duties. Saved designs stay in your account until you delete them.
Your choices
Email info@notebookdesigner.com to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have your account and designs deleted. We answer from the same address.
Children
The store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
