Shipping

Shipping is priced for your address at checkout and shown as its own line before you pay. It is what the printer charges to deliver your parcel, and nothing more. Order two of the same notebook and the parcel price does not double.

Why an order can have two shipping lines

Different items are printed in different shops. Hardcovers and paperbacks, for example, leave separate presses as separate parcels, so an order that mixes them shows one shipping line per parcel. Each line names the service and its delivery window.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. Other countries are not available yet.

How long it takes

Everything is printed to order. Notebooks leave the printer within about 4 to 7 business days of your order, and sticky note pads within a few business days. Delivery then takes about one to two weeks by UPS, USPS or FedEx, depending on which printer makes your item. We email you a tracking link when it ships.

Where it is made

Notebooks are printed and bound in the United States. Sticky note pads are printed on 3M Post-it pads in the United States.

Problems with delivery

If a parcel is lost in transit, or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund it. See the returns page for how to tell us, or contact us.
